Falling for the moon

My Fall memory is of the amazing hues of colour that made the trees light up as they were caught in the cascading beams of the majestic moon.

The Autumnal moon, like the season...for me, carries a certain, unique, aspect that sets it apart...

I can't quite put my finger on what it is that makes it so much more amazing than other times of the year, I mean that's the same tree and same moon we experience all-year-round, however Fall is the season of enhanced beauty. I find wildlife tend to agree as represented by my entranced cat, she too watches the moon with eyes that threaten to swallow it whole.

There's nothing like watching the natural world change whilst in the comfort of a nice comfortable chair all the while sipping away and enjoying a nice hot beverage...don't you agree?

P.S. Whilst this was a labor of love (love is pain right?? ;-P) I don't feel that it turned out as well as I'd liked especially by photographic standards, you really have to witness it in person to appreciate the true effect of the lights :-D.
